LED Grow Return Policy

What is your return policy?

• Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and we will do our best to satisfy your requirements. We offer a 60 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee for LED grow lights.  Any unused merchandise in resalable condition may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of the order date. The returned item must be in the original packaging, unused, with the original receipt. We will refund the product price only, the inbound and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded.  A 20% restock fee will be applied to products returned 45-60 days after the order is purchased. We do not accept returns after 60 days of purchase. Customized products are not returnable. 

How do I return an item?

• Call the service department to generate a return number. Ship back your product with the original receipt, return code and the reason for return. Returns will be processed within 10 business days after they are received.

Where do I send my return?

• Returns must be sent to: AIBC LED lighting, 95 brown road, Ste122,  Ithaca, NY, 14850, Attn: Returns . We recommend sending your returns back via UPS, FedEx or DHL, so that you can track your delivery.

Damaged Items:

• If you receive your shipment and it is damaged, a claim must be made within 5 days of receipt - Please open your package and check the contents upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping company. In most cases, the purchase price and the original shipping costs to the customer will be refunded to the original purchaser depending on the shipper investigation or we will send a replacement after a call tag is issued to pick up the damaged product.  If your order is shipped via freight, you must inspect all packages upon delivery. If there is any damage, it is the customer's responsibility to report the damage to the driver at that time to ensure it will be covered under insurance.

Missing Items:

• All orders must be inspected for missing items within 5 days of receipt - Please open your package and check the contents upon receipt. If a package arrives with missing items, contact us immediately. After 5 days, we will not be responsible for missing items in your order.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments:

• Undeliverable or Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways.

Three years limited warranty

Our led grow and aquarium lights are guaranteed for a period of 3 years under normal use. The warranty covers parts of led panel and power supply.

 We cover all repair or replacement cost of device due to product dysfunction under normal use for a period of 3 years. At first year, we will ship free part for simple repair or replacement(e.g power supply replacement), if whole fixture needs to repair after authorization, we will pay shipping from factory to customer, the customer must pay outbound shipping(from customer to factory) first, we will credit back when customer makes next order.  At second year, we cover first year service except shipping from customer to factory. At third year, the customer pays inbound and outbound shipping cost for repair.  At second and third year warranty period, we do not provide alternative lights when the lights are in repair processing.

• The customer will pay inbound and outbound shipping cost if its caused by very small issue, e.g. the wires loosen, power supply failure other than LEDs failure that customer claimed.
• This limited warranty does not cover light subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, or stresses as a result of abnormal operation. This replacement is the sole remedy available, and liability for incidental or consequential damages is hereby expressly excluded.
• If the lights  warranty expired, please contact us for repair or replacement.
